Two types of optional pages can be added to your custom-designed site.
1) IDX Listing, Agent Info, Property Search and Open House Search Pages
IDX (Internet Data Exchange) pages allow changes that you enter in your Multiple Listing Service (MLS) profile to automatically post to your website.
By adding IDX "feeds" for any of the following pages, you'll never have to update information in more than one place again.
- Your MLS active listings
- An MLS listing search for the public
- Your MLS agent and contact information
- MLS Open house search
2) Custom Listing, Agent Info, Property Search and Open House Search Pages
If you prefer more control over the page layout and information displayed on your Listings and Sold pages, we also offer Custom Listing pages. (For example, "pending" or "sold" listings that have been removed from the MLS once the status changes can still be shown on your own website for marketing purposes.)
