Only employees who need information to perform a specific job (for example, production team members who require web site FTP information in order to complete requested web site revisions) are granted access to information on an "as needed" basis. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Invoices for web site development balances are e-mailed on the scheduled Site Completion Date in the contract (even if we are still waiting for content), and are due within 15 days. Invoices for revisions to your web site will be e-mailed on the last business day of every month for any work requested that month, and are also due within 15 days. Payment types accepted are check and credit card payment through PayPal. Invoices will contain directions for payment. A late charge will apply for any invoice is 30 days past due. An additional charge for the same amount will apply for each additional month the invoice is late.

No refunds are given for web development work or revisions that have already been requested; please be assured that our design process ensures that the requested work is completed to your satisfaction.
